She graduated from the University of London (External) in 2018 and obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2019. She then embarked on her pupillage and was enrolled as Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya in December 2020. During her pupillage in Messrs Teh & Lee, she was exposed to various areas of legal fields including Conveyancing, Probate and some General Litigation.
Upon completing her pupillage, Jestine then joined Messrs Foo Hiap Siong & Co in October 2020. She believes that her legal skills will be further developed and enhanced at Messrs Foo Hiap Siong & Co, thus allowing her to contribute her knowledge and skills to society.
At Messrs Foo Hiap Siong & Co, Jestine focuses on advising clients on matters relating to the sale and purchase of industrial, residential and commercial properties in Malaysia. She is also adept in handling civil matters such as matrimonial, tenancy and franchises disputes. Her practice also extends to Intellectual Property matters and drafting various commercial agreements.
